The first and last name, date of birth, and insurance information is the minimum information necessary to start services.

Currently we accept Aetna, Cigna, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Humana|TriCare, United Behavioral Health, United HealthCare, Optum, and Medicaid (medical assistance). 

Yes, we accept EAP with any of the following:

We do accept self-pay. Please contact usContact for rates.

Payments are due the day of service via Zelle.

We are currently 100% virtual, however in-person sessions can be arranged directly with you therapist.

Yes, please contact your therapist to further discuss in-school services.

We currently use a secure TeleHealth system for all of our virtual sessions. You will receive a unique (personalized) link for your appointment. No passwords or passcodes are needed.

While phone calls may be permitted in some instances, such as poor internet connection, we do not regularly provide sessions via phone calls. 

We are unable to provide this level of care via text or SMS messages.
